My approach to therapy
Anxiety, low self-esteem, intense emotions, and difficult relationship patterns can make everyday life feel exhausting. You may find yourself worrying about being rejected or abandoned, replaying conversations in your head, or feeling secure in a relationship one moment and uncertain the next. At times, your emotions may feel overwhelming or hard to understand.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they recognize but don't know how to change. Others simply know that something isn't working—they feel anxious, unhappy, disconnected, or not quite themselves. I work with adults, with a particular focus on women navigating different stages of life, including becoming a mother, parenting, midlife, perimenopause and menopause, as well as other periods of change or uncertainty.

My approach is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I believe that understanding where our feelings and patterns come from can help us make meaningful changes. Together, we look at what is happening in your life now, while also paying attention to past experiences and relationships that may still affect the way you see yourself and connect with others.
Therapy with me is not about giving you a formula or telling you how you should feel. It is a space where we can be curious about what is going on, make sense of difficult emotions, and find healthier ways of coping and relating to the people in your life.
Having lived and worked in several countries and with people from many different backgrounds, I also bring a broader cultural perspective to my work. I know that family, culture, immigration, and life experiences can shape the way we understand ourselves and our relationships, and I try to make room for all of that in therapy.
I am licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida and offer therapy via telehealth.
