A Global Perspective, Grounded in Experience

I have always been interested in people and the many different ways we experience life. My own life and work have taken me to Russia, Israel, West Africa, and the United States, where I have worked with people from many different cultures, backgrounds, and walks of life. My clinical experience includes working with people from large cities as well as small communities, and with individuals from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds. These experiences have given me a broader perspective on people and the many circumstances that shape who we are. At the same time, I have found that no matter where we come from, we all want to feel understood, accepted, and supported.

After several years working in mental health clinics, I started my private practice in 2012. Since then, my work has focused on helping people navigate anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other challenges. Today, I provide therapy to clients in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.

Creating a space where people feel at ease being honest about their thoughts, feelings, and struggles is an important part of my work. I want my clients to feel comfortable sharing their feedback or concerns as well, including when something does not feel right or is not working for them. Therapy works best when there is openness on both sides, and I value that honesty. I provide therapy in both English and Russian.
